Valuing Mining Companies

What are your thoughts on CHD.to?  I heard there was a lot of foreign investment around the $1 range (from Swiss banks, etc.).  I bought in around there but it's sunk quite a bit since last year.  Does anyone think it'll hit the price range in the next year?

I think best case scenario it will hit 30 cents. they have just finished their feasability study so they can start moving on development making it more attractive for a take over (specially with the recent slump in its price). I think they will have a hard time getting the financing they have been looking for (i think 325 mil). Also if you check recently their CAPEX was higher than they thought it would be which would devalue the stock price BUT at the same time the take over premiums are up due to the completion of the feasability study and their going forward with the copper project.

So i think 30 cents is a good target. I haven't done a detailed valuation on it but if i get around to it i will let you know
